FCAS Debuts #Timeout Against Hate, a Unifying Multi-League & Commissioner Campaign

Robert Kraft’s Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (FCAS) has unveiled #Timeout Against Hate, a groundbreaking campaign uniting North America's major sports leagues in a collective stand against all forms of hate. Featuring sports legends and rising stars, the initiative transforms the familiar "timeout" gesture into a national call to action. This historic effort marks the first time that league commissioners from the MLB, MLS, NBA, WNBA, NFL, NHL, NWSL, and NASCAR have come together to address the growing crisis of hate.

Inspired by a closed-door meeting between Kraft and these league leaders, #Timeout Against Hate amplifies the power of sports as a force for change. The campaign features notable figures such as Billie Jean King, Shaquille O’Neal, Jim Harbaugh, Doc Rivers, Joe Torre, Candace Parker, and Ryan Blaney, all calling for unity, respect, and empathy. This initiative builds on FCAS’s previous efforts, including the widely recognized Blue Square symbol, which has become a global representation of solidarity in the fight against Jewish hate and all hate.

Set to debut during Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime, the campaign will reach millions through television, digital platforms, and billboards nationwide. By leveraging the influence of sports, FCAS is driving an urgent message: now is the time to push back against hate in all its forms.
